Here’s some information that should help.  Click on the “Documents” link and open the “Neighborhoods Map” to see where the different “Neighborhoods” are located throughout the entire MacIntosh Farms community.  You can read more about each “Neighborhood” by clicking on that link and scrolling to the one you are considering.

Monthly Maintenance Fees

The MacIntosh Farms Community Association, Inc., (Master) which governs all of MacIntosh Farms, assesses anyone living in MacIntosh Farms a monthly maintenance fee to maintain and service the property.  Currently that fee is set at $45 per month.  The “Single Family Home” neighborhood pays only this fee.

In addition to the Master fee, each of the other Neighborhoods (Sub-associations) within MacIntosh Farms, has established their own maintenance fee that they consider necessary to properly operate and maintain their neighborhood.  These fees could include costs for lawn/grounds maintenance, snow removal, etc.  Please discuss with your real estate agent or call Reserve Realty Management at (330) 467-0828 to determine what your particular sub-association fee might be.
